Course access is for your personal use only. You may not share your login, distribute materials, or allow others to access the course through your account.

4. Coaching Services

If you purchase or participate in coaching services, you understand that coaching is a collaborative educational process. Coaching does not replace financial advising, therapy, legal guidance, tax preparation, or accounting services.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for making your own financial decisions.

Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and payment terms for coaching services may be provided separately at the time of purchase or booking.

6. Refunds

Payment for High Level Coaching LLC courses & digital products is due according to the price and payment terms shown at the time of purchase.

All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, enrollment does not create an ongoing subscription or recurring payment obligation.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, worksheets, workbooks, prompts, frameworks, text, graphics, downloads, and related content are owned by High Level Coaching LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use the materials for your own personal learning only.

8. Community Guidelines

If you participate in a community, group discussion, live call, comment section, or other shared space, you agree to communicate respectfully.

High Level Coaching LLC may remove posts, restrict access, or remove participants from community spaces if conduct violates these Terms or disrupts the learning environment.

Community profiles may initially display the name associated with your course enrollment or purchase. If you prefer greater privacy, you may update your profile to use a nickname, first name only, last initial, or another preferred display name.

It is your responsibility to update your profile if you do not want the name used during enrollment to appear to other participants.

9. Privacy in Group Spaces

You understand that information voluntarily shared in a community or group space may be visible to other participants.

Please use discretion when sharing personal, financial, or sensitive information. We encourage participants not to share specific dollar amounts, account details, private identifying information, or anything they would not want others in the group to see.

10. Testimonials and Feedback

You may be invited to provide feedback or a testimonial.

Providing a testimonial is optional unless otherwise stated. We will not publicly share your testimonial without your permission.

If you give permission to use a testimonial, you agree that High Level Coaching LLC may use it in marketing materials, including but not limited to sales pages, emails, social media, and website content. Testimonials may be lightly edited for clarity or length without changing the meaning.

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Courses and services may be delivered through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Thinkific, Stripe, Google, Zoom, email marketing platforms, and scheduling tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Level Coaching LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, courses, coaching, materials, or services.
